Returns
We created Boreal Luxe so you’d feel powerful, warm, and proud every time you put your coat on. If something doesn’t feel right, we’ll do our best to fix it.
– Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery for unworn items with tags.
– Items must be in new condition, free of stains, perfume, and pet hair.
– Final sale items and gift cards are not returnable.
– Original shipping and any customs fees are non-refundable.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received it.
- Have all original tags and labels attached.
- Be free from makeup, perfume, deodorant marks, smoke, or pet hair.
We know trying on a coat at home is different from trying it in a store. Please try it on gently and keep it away from anything that could stain or scent it.
Items that cannot be returned
- Items marked as Final Sale at checkout.
- Gift cards.
- Heavily worn or damaged items not caused by a manufacturing issue.
How to start a return
To start a return:
- Locate your order confirmation email.
- Click the return link provided, or email us at support@borealluxe.com with your order number.
- Select the item(s) you’d like to return and the reason.
Once your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions and, where available, a return label. In some regions, return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund. We’ll always show you the details before you send anything back.
Exchanges
If you ordered the wrong size or want a different color, we’re happy to help when stock allows. The fastest way is usually:
- Start a return for the original item.
- Place a new order for the size or color you want.
In some regions we can process direct exchanges. If you prefer this, mention it in your email and we’ll let you know what’s possible.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method. You’ll receive an email confirmation once it’s done.
Please allow a few business days for your bank or card provider to post the credit. Original shipping costs and any customs/duty fees are not refundable.
Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items
If your coat arrives damaged, flawed, or not what you ordered, that’s on us. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number.
- Clear photos of the issue and the full item.
We’ll review it personally and arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Check your bank account or card statement again.
- Contact your bank or card provider – it can take a few days to post.
- If you still don’t see it after that, email us at support@borealluxe.com.
Return shipping & customs
Return shipping costs may vary by region and will be shown when you start your return. For international orders, customs duties and import taxes are set by your country and are not refunded by Boreal Luxe.
