These Terms govern your use of borealluxe.com and any purchase you make from Boreal Luxe, a store operated by Boreal. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order.

Products, pricing, and availability

All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and exclude any customs duties or import taxes. We make every effort to display our products accurately, but colours may vary between screens, and slight variations are normal in garments. Products are subject to availability, and we may change prices or discontinue an item at any time.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you an order confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order — for example where an item is out of stock, a price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund it in full.

Payment

Payment is taken at the time of purchase through our payment processors. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method you provide.

Shipping and risk

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier delivers the order to the address you provided. See our Shipping Policy for rates and timeframes.

Returns

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, images, product photography, logos, and design — belongs to Boreal LLC or its licensors, and may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without our written permission.

Your content

If you submit a review, photo, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it in connection with our store and marketing. You confirm that the content is yours to share and does not infringe anyone else's rights.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation or security, to scrape or harvest data from it, or to resell our products without our written consent.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site and its content are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Boreal LLC against any claim arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the site.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Travis County, Texas have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.

Changes

We may update these Terms. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time of your order.
