Every Boreal Luxe coat is packed by hand and sent with care. Below is how shipping works, from our door to yours.

– Tracking is emailed as soon as your order leaves our hands.
– Customs/duty fees may apply for international orders.

Where we ship

We ship to many countries worldwide. The available destinations for your order will appear at checkout. If your country doesn’t show up, send us a message – we may still be able to help.

Processing time

Once you place your order, we usually need 1–3 business days to process, pack, and hand it to the carrier. During busy moments such as new drops, holidays or big sales, processing may take a little longer, but we’ll do our best to keep you updated.

Exact prices and delivery times are shown at checkout and may vary based on your address and the weight of your order. As a general guide:

These are estimates only. Weather, carrier delays, and customs checks can sometimes slow things down. Once the package leaves our hands, we see the same tracking updates you do.

Free shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders over a certain amount, which you’ll see announced in the site banner and at checkout. The threshold and regions included may change as we grow, but we’ll always show the current offer clearly before you pay.

Customs, duties & taxes

For orders shipped outside of our home country, your local customs office may charge import duties, taxes, or handling fees. These are set by your government and are the customer’s responsibility.

We can’t control or refund these charges, but we know they’re frustrating. We’re exploring options that make the process smoother in the future.

Tracking your order

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. If you don’t see it, please check your spam or promotions folder first. Still nothing? Email us and we’ll resend it.

Wrong address or missed delivery

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately at support@borealluxe.com. Once a package has been shipped, we can’t always change the address, but we’ll do what we can with the carrier.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or repeated delivery attempts, we can reship it to you (additional shipping charges may apply) or refund the item cost minus original shipping.

Lost or stolen packages

We know how disappointing this feels. If tracking says “delivered” but you can’t find your package:

  • Check with neighbors, building staff, or your household first.
  • Look for an attempted delivery notice or pick-up slip.
  • Contact the carrier with your tracking number.

If you’ve done all of the above, email us. While we’re not responsible for packages once they’re marked delivered, we’ll always try to help you find a solution.

Pre-orders & backorders

For some limited or high-demand pieces, we may offer pre-orders. The estimated ship date will be clearly shown on the product page. If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, we may ship them together or separately depending on what makes the most sense. We’ll confirm details in your confirmation email.
