We want you to love your Candice pieces. If something isn’t right, we offer easy 30-day returns.
Return window
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.
Condition of items
For hygiene reasons, intimate apparel may only be returned if unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original tags and hygiene liners in place and in the original packaging. Worn, washed, altered, or final-sale items cannot be returned unless faulty.
How to start a return
Email contact@thecandiceshop.com with your order number and the item(s) to return. We’ll send instructions — please don’t send items back before receiving them.
Return shipping
For U.S. orders, returns are free (prepaid label provided). For international orders, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll confirm approval by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange is to return your item for a refund and place a new order.
Faulty or incorrect items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 30 days and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you.
