  1. Waist – Lay the skirt flat with the waistband smoothed out (don’t stretch). Measure straight across from one side of the waistband to the other, then double that number.
  2. Hip – Lay the skirt flat. Measure straight across the widest point of the skirt (usually a few inches below the waistband), then double that number.
  3. Length – Measure from the top edge of the waistband straight down to the bottom hem.
  4. Hem / Bottom opening – Measure straight across the bottom hem from one side to the other, then double that number.
