Runa is a single diagonal band over one shoulder and then nothing else asking for attention. The ruching draws the satin across the body and holds it there.

The back opens low, crossed by one thin strap you can set yourself. The slit does the rest.

MATERIALS

  • Shoulder: one wide satin band running diagonally across the chest, gathered into soft pleats where it crosses the shoulder
  • Body: fine horizontal ruching drawn to one side, with a wider ruched band wrapping the natural waist
  • Back: open and low, crossed by a single thin strap on an adjustable slider
  • Skirt: close over the hip and thigh, then floor length, with one high side slit and a soft draped edge
  • Fabric: fluid satin with a low sheen — smooth, no print, no pattern

CARE

  • Dry clean is the safest route for satin
  • If washing at home, cold hand wash alone and never wring
  • Line dry in the shade, away from direct heat
  • Cool iron on the reverse, or steam on the hanger
  • Store on a padded hanger so the shoulder band keeps its shape
